Our METHOD

At StrongHer Lifts Strength Studio, we believe that every woman has an athlete within her - and that’s a beautiful thing. We are not just another bootcamp. We’re not just another fitness plan that will give you results for a month or two before you hit a wall and plateau. We are about intentional progression. Forward momentum. Precise tracking. And that’s why every one of our training programs is highly customized from scratch to the needs of each of our clients and we are passionate and excited to bring our unique training methods to the OKC Metro area.

Our private studio is equal parts chic and badass - designed to be a space for you to grow, push yourself and to realize your potential. Once we welcome you into the StrongHer Lifts family, we consider you a client for life.

Small group classes

Small group classes offer community and custom programming- the best of both worlds. We limit classes to 4 people so that we can provide quality attention and instruction. All clients start with the same intensive questionnaire and movement assessment that our 1-on-1 clients receive as this ensures highly-individualized programming once you enter the group setting so that we can tailor your program specifically to you. Weekly check-ins with your coach ensure your success.

Our group training is not a boot camp with random cardio-intense workouts that leave you depleted but is a systematic and structured class setting in which ladies train together simultaneously with their own custom programming. Your strength progressions are tracked and adjusted weekly by your trainer to get you the results that YOU want.

Personal training

If you want a completely personalized experience, our 1-on-1 training lets us focus exclusively on you. A thorough questionnaire and movement evaluation kicks of this intensive so that we can offer you the most personal and precise programming.
