Community.

Classes are limited to four women per time slot to combine a one-on-one training feel with a close community. Every person matters. A smaller class encourages accountability and consistency and ensures that you get the attention and support that you deserve from your coach.

accountability.

We focus on 8 core habits in this course (things such as drinking water, sleep, step counts, etc.). Habits are tracked with check-in’s in our StrongHer Lifts app so that you are held accountable throughout the week. A competition is held each 12wks for maintaining the best habit consistency. We believe that habits control results, so this is why we focus on daily tasks.

nutrition.

Nutritional strategy needs to be individualized. If you’ve hit a weight loss plateau, we will explore the possible metabolic and habitual reasons for this and create your nutritional plan specifically for you and your body. Move through your dietary phases with confidence, knowing that your coach has your long-term success in mind. Don’t just lose the weight; keep it off.
