A little about me, but I can’t wait to hear about you!
I am a wife, boy mom, and a 2 time world champion powerlifter with 7 world records. I have been a personal trainer/technique coach since 2021 and am a lover of all things strength-sport. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. I was the World Champion and best lifter at the IPF Drug-Tested World Championships in 2023 and 2024.
I’ve enjoyed the pursuit of fitness for the past 15 years in many ways. I started my journey loving running and using at-home DVD’s- being yelled at by Jillian Michaels on my brown floral bedroom rug. My life forever changed when a friend who was a trainer invited me to follow along and mimic her workout in a tiny one-room gym that was in a metal shop. I felt pretty awkward and asked a lot of questions, but soon I made a few friends, got my hands on a barbell and started working with weights, and I never looked back.
I’d had a strained relationship with food and the scale until I started focusing on getting stronger. Over time, I began to live “train like an athlete; think about food like an athlete; look like an athlete”.
I have always been passionate about teaching (piano, academics, etc.) and have always taught with student autonomy as the end-goal. I am proud of the knowledge I’ve accumulated over the past yea 15 years in relation to advanced nutrition strategies, exercise technique and exercise programming, but I am equally or more proud of my ability to strip a program back to the basics so that anyone can feel confident and empowered that they can take control of their lives, one simple habit at a time.
15 years of having lyme disease has given me additional insight into people and our mental habits and battles- especially when working with chronic illness. Maybe, it isn’t always that we just need to suck it up and grit our teeth and do it. Maybe, we need to practice flexibility and fluidity in scheduling and habit strategies and find movements and communities that we love so that change be exciting and so that change can finally last.
I believe that physical strength changes our view of ourselves and of the world around us. My hope is that the community that we create here is a place where we come together to enjoy the journey as much as the destination and to value growth as much as the results.

I'm a strength coach, competitive powerlifter, and the owner of Strongher Lifts Piedmont/Yukon. My studio was built for women who are ready to stop shrinking and start showing up powerfully in their lives.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Strength System International Level 3 Coach, and National record holding powerlifter who competed on the World stage in 2024, I bring technical expertise, real-world experience, and passion to my clients.
My journey into strength wasn't just physical, it was deeply personal. As someone who has navigated chronic pain, hypermobility and anxiety, I know what it feels like to live in a body that can feel unpredictable and a mind that is overwhelming. Barbell training is more than exercise to me; it is a way to build stability and develop deep trust in both my body and myself.
That experience shapes everything about how I coach.
I work with driven, high-capacity women, especially moms, who are used to holding everything together for everyone else but are ready to finally invest in and support themselves. These are women who are done chasing smaller bodies and who are ready to build stronger ones. I help women become the person who wants to walk into any gym, any room, any season of life with confidence, presence, and resilience.
Inside my studio, you'll find education, accountability, and a level of support that most women have never experienced before. This isn't about classes or quick fixes; it's about learning how to train with intention, building real strength, and creating a sense of control and capability that carries into every area of your life.
I'm also a wife and a mom to two boys, so I understand first hand the demands of real life. I know what it takes to prioritize yourself without sacrificing your family, and I believe deeply that when a mom invests in her own strength, her entire family benefits.
I do not coach "fitness", I use strength training help you become steady, capable, and powerful in your body, your mind, and your life. I would be honored to meet you!
